See how you can benefit from the smart water meter

The Smart Water Meter Advantage

We will replace your old meter with the upgraded smart water meter at no cost. There is also no impact on billing, and you will continue to receive your utility bill from SP Group.

The smart water meter is no different from your current water meter in terms of accuracy and reliability. However, it can record automatically and provide up-to-date and more detailed information on your daily water usage, so you can understand your water usage pattern.

The smart water meter can help you quickly detect leaks in your homes that may otherwise go unnoticed. This allows you to fix your leaks promptly to reduce water wastage and save money in the process.

In most cases, the installation process takes around 10-15 minutes and we will notify you of the installation in advance. Plus, if the water meter is located outside your home and is accessible, you need not be present during the installation.

Your meter readings are transmitted securely to PUB. No personal information is stored in the smart water meter.
