Purpose of project
The project is to lay a twin 1800mm diameter meter potable water transmission pipelines and a 2200mm diameter raw water pipeline to meet the increasing demand in North east areas of Singapore.
Scope of work
supply and installation of approximately 2.4km of twin 1800mm diameter potable water (PW) transmission pipelines and 2.7km of 2200mm diameter raw water (RW) transmission pipeline by pipe jacking method along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 from Upper Thomson Road to Bishan Road.
Current update on progress
- Cement lining works at WS1- Pipejacking works at WS3- Construction of riser at WS3, WS4, WS5 and WS8- Open cut pipelaying works at WS5- BVC works at WS6
