Project Number 1160156 Title ABC Waters Project at Hougang Town (Serangoon Reservoir) Description As part of the ABC Waters Programme @ Serangoon Reservoir, the stretch of the reservoir next to the housing development, Hougang Capeview, will undergo a makeover to create new community and recreational spaces for the residents and park users. Viewing decks, integrating the reservoir and the park connector, will be provided to allow residents to hold community activities along the waterfront, bringing them closer to water. A fishing spot along the edge of the reservoir will also be incorporated as part of the design to provide recreational space for fishing enthusiasts.
