Project Number 1160156 Title ABC Waters Project at Hougang Town (Sg Pinang) Description Sungei Pinang will undergo a makeover under the Active, Beautiful, Clean Waters (ABC Waters) Programme which aims to transform utilitarian water bodies into beautiful waterways that bring people closer to the water. To integrate with the adjacent Punggol Park, Sungei Pinang will be enhanced with greenery along the banks of the waterway to improve the experience of the park users along the park connector. A dry creek between the pond and Sungei Pinang will be created to beautify the surrounding landscape. Residents and park users can also look forward to a new pedestrian bridge across Sungei Pinang which will improve the connectivity between the housing estates and the amenities within the vicinity.
