Description
The Estate Upgrading Program aims to rejuvenate aging housing estates in Singapore. Its implementation is guided by a EUP Working Committee whose members are residents of the Estate. Supported by a panel of consultants (headed by a project management consultant) and the various state agencies (PUB, NParks, NEA, LTA, SLA, BCA etc) the EUPWC gathers feedback and looks into the planning & design of facilities to be upgraded. PUB will upgrade the drainage facilities as part of the EUP work.
