Project Number 1190226 Title ABC Waters Project at Sungei Ulu Pandan (Clementi Avenue 4 to Sungei Pandan) Description Under the Active, Beautiful, Clean Waters (ABC Waters) Programme, Sungei Ulu Pandan will undergo a makeover, where additional greenery will be incorporated along the waterway. Lookout decks will also be constructed for public to enjoy the scenic waterfront. Rain gardens that cleanse rainwater runoff before discharge into Sungei Ulu Pandan are also part of the design. These features enhance the aesthetic and biodiversity of the surrounding landscape.
